Qualifications

• 13+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5 years leading teams in high-pressure, infrastructure-centric environments.
• Experience managing systems with massive throughput and high-availability requirements in public cloud (AWS/GCP) or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution for the Authentication Platform, ensuring scalable services.
• Provide technical leadership across Kerberos, LDAP, WebAuthn/FIDO2, and TOTP implementations.
• Guarantee reliability of foundational services with high-availability targets.
• Partner with security to implement Zero Trust principles and least-privilege access.
• Coach engineers to grow in system design and architecture within an AI-augmented environment.
• Own integration of AI tools in daily development, including review workflows for AI-generated output.
• Guard architectural integrity and security standards as AI increases code volume.
