Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join the Authentication Platform team in Bellevue, WA.

You will contribute to the Production IAM stack, implementing features across Kerberos, TOTP, and WebAuthn, and ship secure, well-tested backend code in Java, Go, or C#. You'll partner with product owners and senior engineers on design specs, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain telemetry, logs, and SLIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend services in Java/Go/C# with production experience.
• Experience with identity or federation protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, WebAuthn/FIDO2, TOTP, SAML, OIDC.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/GCP) or hybrid with Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features across Kerberos, TOTP, and WebAuthn services.
• Write clean, well-tested backend code in Java, Go, or C#.
• Contribute to design specs and spikes with senior engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for a tier-0 platform.
• Develop and monitor telemetry, logs, and traces.
