Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Melrose Park, IL seeks a Sr Manager, Production to lead aseptic and isolator filling operations, coordinate formulation and lyophilization, and direct production personnel. The role reports to the Sr Director, Manufacturing Operations.

The position offers a competitive salary range with an annual bonus plan target of 14% and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, life sciences, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years in manufacturing operations with at least three years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and direction for production scheduling, quality control, and operations.
• Collaborate with Validation, Technology Center, Engineering, and Quality to qualify new equipment and processes.
• Set short- and mid-term goals and develop effective processes to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and site SOPs across manufacturing methods and operations.
• Lead complex projects to strengthen manufacturing infrastructure, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Engage with senior site leadership and cross-functional partners to drive changes and improvements.
