Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to lead aseptic and isolator filling operations, oversee manufacturing personnel, and drive continuous improvement. The role reports to the Sr Director, Manufacturing Operations and requires deep expertise in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical production.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000–$170,000, with a target bonus of 14% and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of manufacturing operations experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience implementing new production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production scheduling, quality control, operations, QA, maintenance, and product release.
• Collaborate with Validation, Engineering, and Quality to qualify new equipment and processes.
• Set short- and mid-term operational goals and implement effective processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and site SOPs in all manufacturing activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop risk assessments and corrective actions.
