Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems for enterprise use. You will shape foundation-model governance, safety, integration, and multi-agent capabilities across EY businesses and client opportunities.

You'll balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional leadership, mentor a team, and drive knowledge-based AI adoption with robust compliance, monitoring, and scalable architecture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks based on foundation models and LLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as a player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Lead with knowledge AI systems across customer opportunities and platform development.
