Qualifications

• PhD (or Master’s with 10+ years of applied experience) in ML, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years designing, building, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional ML/AI initiatives from ideation through production.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C++, and ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the complete customer experience across PVPD touchpoints.
• Build AI and optimization solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Deliver the optimal balance of customer delight and business outcomes.
• Mentor scientists and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
