Job summary

Inolex in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an experienced leader to head the Application Function. You will drive development of customer-ready formulations, prototype data, and technical packages, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver compelling, validated solutions.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor scientists, and ensure hands-on lab work, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team. A strong chemistry background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required; MS/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with BS; 8+ with MS; 6+ with PhD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of customer-ready prototype formulations.
• Provide application support translating concepts into prototypes, data, and technical materials.
• Develop formulation concepts across personal care categories including skin, hair, sun, cleansing, hygiene.
