Job summary

Inolex in Charlotte, NC, seeks a New Product and Contract Manufacturing Engineer to lead production of new products at the Charlotte site and coordinate with contract manufacturers across North America. You will manage technology transfer, qualification batches, and collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and sustainability teams to baseline LCAs and ensure alignment with Inolex values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience or 15 years in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating tech transfer and external manufacturing partners.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO-9000 and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate best location for production for new products (Charlotte or regional partners).
• Lead tech transfer packaging and ensure small-scale qualification batches at Charlotte or regional CMOs.
• Monitor qualification batches and provide final data (cycle time, yield, quality).
• Coordinate manufacturing partner site EHS audits and ensure compliance with sustainability goals.
• Provide process engineering support to Charlotte site and global CMs.
