Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• At least 12 months of leadership experience managing multiple large, cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
• Advanced technical and business knowledge of the software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management, and related disciplines and processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with senior and operating-level business leaders.
• Understand business processes and recommend improvements by leveraging existing IT capabilities, enhancing current capabilities, and defining new strategic IT capabilities.
• Stay informed of business strategy, goals, objectives, and operational performance.
• Serve as a thought partner engaged with business owners and business process development.
• Act as the point of contact and facilitate work request demand and prioritization.
• Educate business partners on the roles, responsibilities, processes, and deliverables required for effective delivery of new technology solutions.
• Escalate, assist with, and follow through on the resolution of issues related to technology solution delivery.
• Partner with the business to ensure effective completion of deliverables and tasks, including business requirements, scope management, training, business change management, and deployment.
• Interact directly with clients and support team members across the IT organization.
