Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in .NET development/services across the full development lifecycle.
• 4+ years of proven experience using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• 4+ years of validated experience with database development (SQL Server 2016+ preferred).
• Strong skills in XML technologies including XSLT, XPath, XSD, and XQuery.
• Proficiency in LINQ and fluent programming.
• Experience building database objects, procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and views using PL/SQL and T‑SQL.
• Solid knowledge of web protocols and technologies (HTTP, HTML5, CSS3, XML).
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, TFS, and other model‑control tools.
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in delivering web and mobile applications used daily by United’s Technical Operations crew to support global operations.
• Focus on the development of critical backend microservices and APIs used across multiple products.
• Serve as a development lead across one or more products.
• Lead solution design in collaboration with technical leaders.
• Estimate efforts in line with sprint and release planning, and contribute to long‑term road‑mapping.
• Ensure on‑time and high‑quality product delivery.
• Develop and enforce unit tests and support automated testing.
• Prepare and launch products in non‑production and production environments.
• Guide new products through the deployment lifecycle.
