Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of finance and alternative products.
• Experience with partnership accounting and back office operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts supporting alternative products and pricing functions.
• Oversee staff performance and daily operational needs with senior alignment.
• Provide guidance on product development, implementation and accounting operations.
• Collaborate across FFIO and Fidelity to optimize systems and processes.
