• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Interact with fund companies and transfer agents.
• Escalate any potential risk to the organization.
• Data entry to support funds reconciled manually.
• Review brokerage activity and fund statements.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling Alternative Investment positions daily to mitigate risk.
• Handle research requests regarding account transactions and resolve issues.
• Own the relationship between the Product Sponsor and Fidelity.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
