Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Transformation Engineer to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. You will define and drive measurable business value across Verizon Business Marketing, partnering with AI Product owners to turn AI investments into tangible financial outcomes.

You will build frameworks, lead AI governance, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and impact. The role is hybrid, with a mix of home and in-office work in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation.
• Experience developing KPIs to measure program success.
• Experience with value engineering or benefit realization management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive measurable business value across Verizon Business Marketing for AI initiatives.
• Develop ROI models, value narratives and collateral for product owners and stakeholders.
• Lead AI agents to automate ROI, TCO, value models and KPI scorecards.
• Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI use cases across VBG marketing.
• Create business cases and report on revenue lift, cost savings, ROI and operational efficiency.
