Qualifications

• 7+ years’ relevant experience in strategy/management consulting or senior client-side transformation roles
• End-to-end engagement leadership from problem definition through delivery, adoption and value realization
• Multi-party delivery orchestration across delivery teams, client functions and external vendors
• Engagement management including scoping, resourcing to margin, change control and scope management
• Value realisation and adoption: quantify benefits and track post-implementation value
• AI fluency across data, analytics, AI delivery lifecycle and governance considerations
• Business-to-technology translation: turn objectives into roadmaps, models and success metrics
• Analytical and quantitative rigour to convert ambiguity into evidence-based recommendations
• Senior stakeholder management with executives across business, technology, data, risk and governance
• Business development contributions to proposals, pitches and thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects or workstreams, taking day-to-day ownership of delivery and client outcomes
• Demonstrate consulting skills, lead complex research and translate problems into hypotheses and practical solutions
• Develop the ‘answer’ from hypothesis through validation with senior colleagues and clients
• Lead AI diagnostic and strategy engagements, framing the problem and prioritising AI use cases
• Lead AI transformation engagements from use cases to production, coordinating delivery across capabilities
• Manage case teams, plan workload, and coach junior colleagues
• Support Directors in business development, including proposals and responses to RFPs
• Own day-to-day relationships with senior clients, building trust and managing expectations
• Lead workshops and presentations, communicating complex topics clearly to executives
