Job summary

Teneo is seeking a Head of AI and Technology to lead AI strategy and the Engineering team across Management Consulting. You will align AI initiatives with firm-wide direction, translate business needs, and drive adoption of AI capabilities within consulting engagements.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration with IT and practice leaders, and a focus on governance, risk, and scalable AI solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience setting and delivering an AI and technology strategy.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and production-ready AI.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI/tech initiatives and requirements.
• Commercial judgement in build-vs-buy decisions and budgets.
• Experience representing a business unit in relation to centrally managed technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the Management Consulting AI strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Lead the AI Engineering team, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery to production and adoption.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into a focused AI agenda.
• Represent Management Consulting with Teneo IT and central functions.
• Own strategy for Management Consulting-specific tech, data and subscriptions.
• Set AI capability-building and enablement programs.
• Maintain responsible AI governance and risk management.
