Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager of Strategic Communications and AI Reputation Intelligence to establish and scale the AI Reputation & Communications Center of Excellence. You will translate signals from AI, search, social listening, and stakeholder research into actionable communications strategies that strengthen brand reputation and visibility across AI platforms.

You will partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, Legal, Investor Relations, Insights, and IT to align priorities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, reputation management, corporate affairs, public relations, digital communications, or related fields.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, search analytics, reputation monitoring, social listening, or digital intelligence strongly preferred.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or direct reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Reputation Strategy: vision, roadmap, governance, objectives for the AI Reputation & Communications Center of Excellence.
