Job summary

The Hershey Company in Remote is seeking an Associate Manager, Strategy to shape Hershey’s future by generating analyses, insights, and strategic perspectives that inform enterprise decisions. You will help leaders understand opportunities, risks, and implications while supporting strategic initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights, and present findings in executive-ready formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategy, management consulting, or commercial analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and clear communication.
• MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.

The Associate Manager, Strategy helps shape Hershey’s future by generating the analyses, insights, and strategic perspectives that inform enterprise decisions. In this role, you will help leaders understand key business opportunities, risks, and implications while supporting strategic initiatives that drive long‑term business growth.

What will you do?

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, or commercial analytics. Preference for consumer goods and/or retail experience
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and clear communication.

Education:

• MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $93120 to $116400per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
