You will manage a high-performing team, shape architecture, ensure reliability, security, and customer experience, and partner with Operations, Compliance, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Experience leading a customer-facing platform and planning future rebuilds.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into products.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the self-service claims platform and team.
• Set technical direction and ensure platform stability, quality, and security.
