Job summary
The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, M&A Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Projects to translate market intelligence and business performance data into actionable recommendations. You will partner with leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and uncover insights shaping growth and acquisition decisions.
You will lead high-impact analyses, develop insight-driven recommendations, and support portfolio growth through cross-functional collaboration and executive-level
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights, data analytics, or strategy.
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready recommendations.
- Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex strategic projects from opportunity identification to recommendations.
- Drive M&A research across consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights.
- Lead end-to-end assessments for acquisition targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Corporate Development to align with enterprise goals.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations for portfolio growth.
