Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in the Industrials industry.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience, or platform-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services.
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, emerging digital ecosystem trends, or machine-readable content and data structures.
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, product experience optimization, or API-based integrations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for delivering complex agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, experience, content, data, and analytics, with accountability for outcomes, quality, and delivery excellence.
• Lead executive workshops, working sessions, steering updates, and decision forums aligning commercial, sales, digital, service, procurement, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical and strategic concepts into clear recommendations for senior client leaders and build alignment around priorities, investment choices, and execution plans.
• Coach Managers, Consultants, and Analysts and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team environment.
