Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Consultant to reimagine clients’ marketing technology stacks for an AI-first world. You’ll guide enterprise clients through evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business goals into concrete roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants while staying ahead of AI and martech trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting with MarTech design/implementation.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, predictive analytics, etc.).
• Working knowledge of major MarTech platforms and how AI capabilities embed in them.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current martech stacks and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Design AI-native marketing architectures integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Advise on build-vs-buy decisions across AI/martech vendors including platforms like CDPs and marketing automation suites.
• Translate business goals into technology roadmaps, governance, and implementation plans.
• Partner with client marketing, data, and IT teams to drive adoption and measure ROI.
