Accenture Song seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients reimagine their marketing technology stacks and AI-first strategies, guiding enterprise teams through evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll lead engagements, advise on build-vs-buy decisions across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform, and mentor junior consultants while staying ahead of AI trends to strengthen Accenture

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, prediction, personalization).
• Working knowledge of major MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, HubSpot, Segment, Braze).
• Strong analytical and business case development skills—able to quantify ROI and present exec-level recommendations.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with a track record of translating technology into client value.
• A genuine curiosity about emerging AI tools and a track record of translating new technology into practical client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess martech stacks and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Design AI-native marketing architectures integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Advise on build-vs-buy decisions across AI/martech platforms.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into technology roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Partner with marketing, data, and IT to drive adoption and measure ROI of AI initiatives.
• Stay ahead of AI/martech landscape and develop frameworks that strengthen market position.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability-building.
• Travel as required for client support.
