Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead multi-tower managed services with end-to-end accountability. You will own P&L, shape AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard, and drive value across client engagements.

The role emphasizes transforming run economies, building agentic operations teams, expanding relationships with CIOs, and advancing modernization and governance in autonomous delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology delivery experience with direct P&L ownership across large-scale managed services.
5+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models including AIOps, agentic automation, GenAI-powered ITSM, or intelligent observability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery accountability with full P&L and outcomes across multi-tower accounts.
Architect AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard, progressing maturity from L2 to L4/L5.
Reshape tech economics by driving cost takeout and debt reduction; fund transformation.
Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI agent fleets and human SREs.
Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leaders; expand engagement scope.
Drive modernization within the run model: architecture simplification and resilience engineering.
Shape and win MRS pursuits by contributing to solution design and commercial structuring.
