Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-enabled Reinvention Program Manager to lead operational execution within the AI Transformation Office. You will govern communications, milestones, budgets, and reporting across multiple transformation workstreams, using automation to increase efficiency.

You will coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, maintain cadence, and present status to senior leadership. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in program or project management at a top-tier firm or complex enterprise.
• This person designs and maintains program rhythms: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and budgets.
• This role uses AI-powered project management and automation tools to improve visibility.
• Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating across consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation streams.
• Track budget actuals vs. plan and surface variances for governance reviews.
• Leverage AI automation to streamline program operations as a practitioner of the tools.
• Coordinate Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
