Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design (M4) to lead a high-performing distributed team of product designers focused on AI-powered workflows spanning Product and Revenue lines. You will guide design execution across conversations, messaging and automation experiences.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant product design, UX or product experience work, including 3+ years managing product designers.
• Proven experience managing designers in complex B2B SaaS, platform, workflow-heavy or multi-product environments.
• An exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution and measurable product impact—ideally including AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–12 product designers across US- and India-based teams.
• Lead design execution for AI-powered workflows spanning Product and Revenue lines—the communication, messaging and automation experiences customers use to reach and engage their own customers.
