Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director of Program Management and Operations to lead the execution of Search, Discovery, and Content AI initiatives and to own the operating foundation of the business. You will manage a team, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and shape priorities for scalable growth.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, own the operating rhythm, and partner with leadership to ensure clear progress, risks, and decisions across a dispersed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical programs, business operations, or both within a product organization.
• Proven people management experience, ideally leading senior program managers or cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams on complex systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale technical program management across SDC's highest priority initiatives.
• Own execution of cross-functional programs spanning multiple geographies, translating strategy into clear plans.
• Design and maintain operating rhythms including planning cycles, reviews, and execution tracking.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to align outcomes and drive decisions.
