Qualifications

• CPA license and public accounting + multinational public company experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP foundation including compensation, leases, and incentives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Ability to influence executives and drive change with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations for cloud, AI, and tech service arrangements with capitalization decisions.
• Partner with Technical Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Cloud Engineering on new contracts.
• Translate accounting conclusions into journal entries, reconciliations, and close routines.
• Own the worldwide compensation close, including payroll accruals and related reporting.
• Oversee compensation balance sheet reconciliations and payroll-GL accuracy.
• Drive analytics on compensation, cloud, and lease spend; improve forecast accuracy.
