Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Leader in Process Excellence to shape AI-driven process redesign across client engagements, defining method standards, governing quality, and coaching senior specialists while aligning with technology and delivery partners.

The role requires 8+ years in process excellence or consulting, 2+ years in at least one domain, and 1+ year building AI-enabled client solutions. Travel up to 75%, location flexible near Accenture offices in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 2 years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain (e.g., Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software and Platforms, Communications and Media, High Tech, Health, Public Service, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods Retail and Travel, Industrial, Energy, Utilities or Chemical and Natural Resources).
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing team members.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work with the ability to explain how AI addresses business problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine the client facilitation approach: discovery workshop methodology and approval governance.
• Define the benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology applied by the team.
• Ensure domain expertise and playbook methodology are applied consistently across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation: workshops, presentations, and day-to-day relationship management.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Lead and develop direct reports; coach on process redesign, domain application, and leadership presentation.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align process design with platform deliverables.
• Define how AI Design is embedded in domain methodology and validated across engagements.
