Ideal candidates have 3+ years in process excellence, 1+ year with AI analytics, and a background in AI-enabled process design across industries. A Bachelor's degree is required; travel and client-facing work are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of delivering project work in a consulting environment or related domain.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis.
• Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs.
• Contribute to reference materials and continue domain learning.
