Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Experience supporting trade execution platforms with knowledge of investment banking products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Front Office Desk to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Serve as functional team manager for multiple TCIO Trade Execution Technology programs.
• Guide engineers on design, development, and problem solving with scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-team evaluations with vendors and internal teams for architecture decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in compliance with SLAs and business requirements.
• Set operating practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation; drive measurable outcomes.
• Promote reuse of firm technology assets and governance for enterprise-grade development.
