Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with at least 5 years of applied experience.
• Proven track record of leading software engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Hands-on experience with system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced expertise in Java or Python.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native, microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and SDLC governance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to the software engineers on daily tasks and activities.
• Develops secure high-quality production code and sets team standards.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams.
• Manages stakeholder relationships per compliance and SLAs.
• Sets operating practices for enterprise AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation.
• Applies SDLC tools to drive efficiency and reuse firm assets.
