Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Strong critical thinking & analytical skills.
• Proficient with querying data tables, understanding data warehouses, and large datasets.
• Data visualization skills (Power BI).
• Programming experience (SQL, Dataiku).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication, storytelling & presentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset – ensuring field teams have what they need.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Autonomy with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the call planning build process.
• Own AI-enabled AlterIgo platform and franchise-level call plans.
• Lead major process improvement and technology initiatives with broad commercial impact.
• Strategic influencer on future-state tools, platforms, and analytics for field deployment.
• Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams.
• Own cross franchise best practice sharing in the execution of key solutions, system enhancements and changes.
• Maintain knowledge of sales forces, products, market dynamics, and benchmarking.
• Partner with the franchise on the TAP configuration and roll out including field training.
• Lead accurate and timely roll forward execution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain project plans (timeline, meetings, SOP).
• Provide analytical and reporting support across all brands and sales forces.
• Provide sales force sizing and structure support as needed.
• Develop training and communications.
