Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD with relevant field and years of experience.
• Proficiency across technologies for data integration, visualization and analysis.
• Strong understanding of web services architecture and security implementations.
• Experience leading medium to large cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore/nearshore teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Proven BI tooling experience (Power BI, Qlik, Spotfire) and SQL/Snowflake skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead design and development of low-code/no-code analytics solutions.
• Communicate insights to broad stakeholder groups effectively.
• Mentor developers, designers, and analysts on the BI delivery tower.
• Oversee development estimates, governance and COE establishment for analytics.
