LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Content Expansion and Development to drive the NA content portfolio and lead a team of editors and contractors in AI-assisted workflows.

You will partner with product strategy, content teams, and marketing to expand content, ensure quality, and align with market needs, while guiding acquisitions and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; 4–8 years in legal tech or editorial content.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: comfortable with AI-enabled tools for legal research and editorial review.
• Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and drive business goals.
• Experience handling large data sets with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset for market signals, customer feedback, and content initiatives.
• Adaptable and collaborative; delivers commitments and learns from setbacks.

Responsabilités

• Integrate AI tools into editorial workflows while ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Advise on AI-assisted content workflows respecting copyright and ethics.
• Coach editors and authors on effective AI tool usage.
• Identify opportunities for new content and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor revenue and usage data to drive content improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Content Strategy, and Sales to align portfolio with market needs.
• Support acquisitions and due diligence for content integration.
• Lead a team of content contractors across the portfolio.
• Develop content quality review criteria and maintenance plans.
