• Experience in content operations, project management, or product development.
• Extensive experience in news, business or entity content.
• Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization.
• Proven ability to lead global cross-functional projects with both employees and offshore partners in multiple locations and time zones.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, preferably globally.
• Proficient in AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP techniques, and machine learning applications.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to report insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and global teams.
• Ability to provide both detailed information and concise summaries to management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI/automation opportunities to streamline editorial and metadata workflows globally.
• Support strategy development for AI-assisted content operations aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analysts, and PM to prioritize opportunities and execute AI initiatives globally.
• Review proposed approaches to ensure standards, governance, and quality.
• Oversee integration of AI/automation solutions for global deployment.
• Create progress reports and communicate insights to leadership with data-driven updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in AI for global applications.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing updated processes and lessons learned.
