Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization.
• Proven ability to lead global cross‑functional projects across locations and time zones.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, ML).
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline editorial and content operations globally.
• Support development and execution of AI-assisted strategies for content operations and metadata workflows.
• Collaborate with product strategy, engineering, business analysts and PM roles to execute on AI content optimization globally.
• Review approaches to ensure alignment with governance and quality standards.
• Oversee integration of AI and automation solutions for global deployment.
• Create progress reports and communicate updates to leadership with data-driven insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in AI and automation.
