Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Manager of Content Expansion and Development to lead North America analytical content growth and Lexis+ Protégé foundational content. You will guide a team of content contributors, champion AI-assisted editorial workflows, and drive acquisitions and integrations to expand the US/Canada portfolio.

Qualifications

JD required.
4–8 years of experience in legal tech, digital content development, or legal knowledge management.
Demonstrated AI fluency: confident with AI-enabled tools for legal research, summarization, drafting and editorial review.
Proven ability to manage third-party relationships ensuring execution of business goals.
Experience with large data sets using data analysis and visualization tools (AI, Tableau, Excel).
Strong financial acumen; ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Commercial mindset: translate market signals and data into content initiatives.
Adaptable and collaborative; meet commitments and pivot when needed.

Responsibilities

Integrate AI-enabled editorial tools into workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight for publication readiness.
Promote internal adoption of AI-assisted workflows while complying with copyright and ethical AI requirements.
Coach editors and authors on effective AI tool use and content development workflows.
