Job summary

Healing Strides Counseling seeks a Senior Manager - Application Development in Draper, UT to lead the Application Development and Power Platform teams, building and modernizing enterprise solutions.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership across software engineering, cloud, AI, automation, architecture, and governance, fostering alignment with business goals and securing scalable delivery. This role is direct hire and highly collaborative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering or related tech field.
• 5+ years leading software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineering teams across applications and platforms.
• Create roadmaps for modernization, cloud adoption, automation, AI, and Power Platform.
• Establish standards for architecture, engineering, security, testing and governance.
• Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and platform engineering.
• Oversee Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Track delivery, quality, reliability, adoption and performance.
• Manage vendors, budgets, risks, and compliance.
