Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI Core Services Development. You will drive delivery across multiple Scrum teams, align with product and architecture, and ensure cloud-native, secure AI platform services.

You will mentor teams, manage performance, and shape the AI roadmap. In this role, you will partner with product, portfolio, and engineering stakeholders to scale AI-enabled services and public APIs across AVEVA’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/product development with delivery leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex distributed systems.
• Strong execution, planning, and tracking experience.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team delivery.
• Strong people leadership and coaching experience.
• Agile delivery experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good understanding of cloud and modern engineering practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution: Lead and manage delivery across multiple Scrum teams ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Planning & Prioritization: Own planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
• Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans.
• Risk management: Proactively handle risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams; manage performance and career development.
