Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Automation to lead the enterprise AI and automation strategy in a hybrid role near Lake Forest, IL. You will drive automation initiatives, agentic AI projects, and enterprise adoption while guiding a team of AI Solution Analysts.

Reports to the Director of AI and collaborates with cross-functional teams to measure value realization, cost savings, and productivity improvements. The role emphasizes change leadership and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement with 2+ years in AI.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and SAP BTP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Claude Enterprise.
• Proven leadership, business case development, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
