• Lead engineers through delivery lifecycle; govern reference architectures and standards; lead reviews, assessments, troubleshooting, RCA.
• Drive agentic automation/AI capabilities; provide estimates, capacity needs, risks; present recommendations and tradeoffs; coach engineers.
