Qualifications

• Minimum BS required in an engineering discipline; advanced degree strongly preferred (EE preferred).
• 10 years of development experience in a regulated environment with 3–5 years of people management.
• Experience across product development lifecycle and regulatory standards (FDA QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485/14971, IEC 60601).
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver high-quality prototypes.
• Hands-on hardware/software depth with embeddeds and energy-delivery architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own objectives, work plans, staffing, and budgets for multiple concurrent advanced-energy programs.
• Set architecture strategy and ensure design outputs meet system requirements.
• Lead requirement generation, modelling, and verification planning across programs.
• Manage risk registers, testing plans, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and mentor talent across teams and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.
