Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline; advanced degree strongly preferred (EE preferred)
• 10+ years of development experience in a regulated environment; 3–5 years of people management
• Experience across product development lifecycle from design to transfer to manufacturing
• Familiarity with FDA QSR 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485/14971, IEC 60601/62304 and related standards
• Strong hardware and software engineering understanding; proven leadership in cross-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team energy development programs with cross-functional execution
• Set budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance targets across parallel programs
• Direct hardware/software requirements, modelling, and verification activities
• Oversee system-level risk registers and cross-program mitigation decisions
• Govern architecture, test-method development, and validation plans
• Develop and retain technical leaders and mentors across teams
• Interface with senior leadership to report progress and risks
