The firm is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and experienced operations leader to join the Business Operations team as Senior Manager, Administrative Operations in the Washington, D.C. Office. This critical leadership role will help shape and elevate the administrative support model across the Firm, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational consistency, and an outstanding experience for internal stakeholders.
The position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with lawyers, Business Operations leaders, department directors, and practice groups. The Senior Manager, Administrative Operations will provide leadership and oversight for the Firm’s Professional Assistants, Paralegals, Office Services staff, and Branch Office Managers.
This role follows a hybrid work model. Hybrid schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Must be local to Washington, D.C. area.
The anticipated salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000, representing the low and high end of the salary range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, and internal alignment.
