Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to drive the finance integration of newly acquired businesses, partnering with senior finance leaders to shape pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness. You will influence decisions, own critical projects, and help scale finance operations during rapid growth.

This role goes beyond traditional accounting, focusing on working capital, internal controls, and process transformation across ERP systems and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience across accounts payable, finance operations, procurement, vendor management, or finance transformation.
• Experience with M&A integration, ERP implementations, shared services transitions, or process transformation.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&A finance integration projects from pre-close to Day 1 readiness and post-close execution.
• Oversee the integration of accounts payable, vendor management, procurement, payment processes, and contracts.
• Analyze AP balances, working capital, liabilities, and payment obligations throughout the acquisition process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to coordinate vendor transitions, contract obligations, and financial systems integration.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and the transition to standardized corporate finance practices.
• Manage integration timelines, resolve operational challenges, and ensure successful handover to ongoing finance teams.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of the finance-related operational integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization's systems, processes, and controls.

• Lead M&A finance integration projects, including pre-close assessments, Day 1 readiness, and post-close execution.
• Oversee the integration of accounts payable, vendor management, procurement, payment processes, and commercial contracts.
• Analyze AP balances, working capital, outstanding liabilities, and payment obligations throughout the acquisition process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to coordinate vendor transitions, contract obligations, and financial systems integration.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and the transition to standardized corporate finance practices.
• Manage integration timelines, resolve operational challenges, and ensure successful handover to ongoing finance teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience across accounts payable, finance operations, procurement, vendor management, or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, financial controls, reconciliations, and working capital.
• Experience with M&A integration, ERP implementations, shared services transitions, or process transformation is highly desirable.
• Exposure to vendor contracts, payment operations, and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex problems, and building more efficient processes.
