Job summary

You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning while ensuring timely closes and strong internal controls.

• Lead the transformation of Luna's NetSuite deployment into an integrated, automated, scalable platform.
• Integrate banking, AR, and operational data to eliminate manual processes and improve reporting.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build automated performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and market-level profitability analysis.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Manage, coach, and develop the accounting team while improving close efficiency.

• Partner with operational leaders on financial targets, margins, and cash flow.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional execution with measurable objectives.
