Luna Physical Therapy seeks a proactive Senior Manager, Accounting & FP&A to lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems transformation. You will oversee the Accounting Manager, drive NetSuite integration and automation, and deliver KPI dashboards and timely reporting for strategic decision-making.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record of financial systems transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including significant FP&A and management responsibilities.
• Substantial hands-on NetSuite experience in configuration, optimization, integration, automation, and reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading ERP implementation, optimization, or transformation, including banking, AR, data, and reporting integrations.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and Excel capabilities.
• Strong GAAP accounting operations, controls, and financial statement expertise; experience developing finance professionals.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NetSuite transformation to an automated, scalable financial platform.
• Develop and execute optimization roadmap with VP of Finance.
• Integrate banking, AR, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Own automated monthly performance reporting against budget and forecast.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and GAAP compliance.
