The role leads end-to-end financial reporting, controls, and process improvements within Shared Services.
The Senior Manager will drive SOX compliance, develop policies, and partner with corporate, regional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in a fast-paced environment.

As a key leader within the Shared Services organization, the Senior Manager - Accounting provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and people leadership for the General Accounting, Billing, and Commissions Accounting functions. This position delivers end-to-end functional management for all brands, markets across approximately 150 U.S. dealerships. The Senior Manager will safeguard the integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of financial and operational information for the area of responsibility. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing processes, procedures, and internal controls to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement within the Shared Services function.
