Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to oversee cybersecurity risk management across acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, drive portfolio execution, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure secure transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity and/or risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating large multi-workstream programs and portfolios.
• Ability to translate technical risk into actionable plans and governance routines.
• Strong understanding of security controls, identity, cloud, data protection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre- and post-close phases with timelines and risks.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination at scale.
• Advance deal security initiatives and provide education to deal teams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
• Lead or support post-close integration workstreams and governance.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and workflows for improved maturity.
• Capture lessons learned and update playbooks and reporting templates.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate across security, legal, privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development.
• Provide guidance to team members and contractors in a matrixed environment.
