BidFTA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead daily store operations at our Louisville, KY facility, overseeing auction production and pickup center activities. You will build strong relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and internal teams, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The Senior Manager is responsible for the daily store operations. This role requires a strong leader who will be hands‑on with the day‑to‑day operations but also helps to drive the overall company strategy. You'll need to build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company. Most importantly, you'll need to provide exceptional customer service.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of both auction production and the Auction Pick Up Center, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company’s goals.
• Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance customer service and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize processes.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and provide leadership to operational staff, ensuring clear communication of company goals and expectations.
• Motivate, lead, and maintain a high performing team to achieve goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address any issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Promote and implement innovative ideas to enhance operational processes and company performance.
